Biography
Paul Nathan solely handles trials, trial consulting, and litigation consulting. Mr. Nathan will co-counsel with a lawyer who needs a trial lawyer to assist on their case. He only handles, on average, 5 cases at any one time to ensure he can give the case the time it deserves.
Mr. Nathan's preparation includes meeting with his clients numerous times to learn the story of the case, meeting with witnesses, and traveling to the scene of the incident. His preparation is all-encompassing in his cases.
Our office has litigated and/or tried personal injury, brain injury, medical malpractice, probate, conservatorship, breach of contract, civil embezzlement, civil fraud, real estate cases as well as many other areas of law.
