Outcome: Case Dismissed

Description: Client was on felony probation and was charged with a new offense. The new offense was used by the state to file an application to revoke his/her probation. I entered my appearance and after a review of the case was able to negotiate with the state. Based upon an affidavit I obtained from a witness, the state dismissed all charges against my client including the application to revoke his/her probation.
