Description: Taylor filed chapter 7 to discharge a $60,000 personal loan from his friend Potter. Potter and Taylor were long time friends and Potter used his personal savings for the loan. Potter alleged Taylor obtained the money by fraud without the intent or ability to repay and Potter hired Andy Miofsky to file an Adversary Complaint objecting to discharge.
