Outcome: Jury verdict for Defense - my client.

Description: This was my first jury trial, in October 1997. One week trial. I tried the case alone. This case involved a bicycle vs. car collision, in which my client, a decorated WW2 fighter pilot, was operating the car. Through the use of several photos, scene diagrams, and careful examination of my client as well as cross exam of alleged "eyewitnesses," including the minor Plaintiff's babysitter, I showed the jury that Mr. Carmen was not at fault for the accident.
