I just had moved to Wisconsin and received my first DUI/DWI. I didn't have a Wisconsin Driver's License yet. Being from Texas, I refused to take the test and was marked as a refusal. He kept it from being a refusal and kept me from having to install a breathalyzer in my car. That helped me keep my employment as a mechanic. In addition, he managed to delay the final finding so that i had time to get my Wisconsin Drivers License so I would be eligible for an occupational when I lost the license.
Charles helped me greatly!

Very knowledgeable. I was so panicked about my Husband's upcoming trial and I had a lot of bad information. I posted a question here on AVVO and within the hour Charles reached out to me and took time and stayed on the phone with me answering question after question. He went through the process with me and walked me through what I should expect. He helped calm me down and let me know there are options when things looked very hopeless. He gave me much more info than previous consultations.
