I started by posting on Avvo, regarding an unemployment insurance problem. Other than Cristine, almost all the other lawyers simply said hire a lawyer. That $0.02 was worthless to me.
I was seeking actual actionable advice, other than the inane hire a lawyer.
The few that gave advice showed that they had just about zero knowledge of how to deal with the issue I was facing.
Cristine, on the other hand, was spot on. Her advice was exceptional. Not only did I get my determination reversed, but the state is pursing a civil rights action on my behalf against my former employer based on him violating my civil right.
Without Cristine's advice, I would never have even thought to pursue that avenue.
I really appreciate all her advice. Not only am I appreciative of her time, but also that her advice was so valuable.
Thank you Cristine.
I think she is an exceptional lawyer based on my interaction with her.

Cristine accepted this case when I was an emotional wreck. After it had been over a year. The company I worked for sent another letter of appeal stating I was not entitled to the unemployment. I did not know how to fight this and what information was needed to protest the request. I had received a letter to appear in front of the judge in just several days. She sent a letter to get a change of date for me and agreed to represent me. She has taken the information I had kept and we are still in the process of fighting the appeal. She has been diligent and thorough while calming me throughout this process. I do not know what I would have done with out her strength in this field and look forward to it being resolved soon.

Very caring attorney who takes time to explain things. (This does not happen with all attorneys--I had two attorneys up to the point that I communicated with Cristine and neither one explained OR communicated, unless I initiated it). Even paying a hefty fee for a consultation did not result in the kind of service that Cristine and associates were able to give me. I can tell this is a lawyer who will really go out of her way because she CARES! She works for you--the client!!

Cristine represented me in a Whisleblower suit, she was excellent, responsive and was able to negotiate a very good settlement and avoid trial. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of any type of employment/labor Attorney. I do not think you can find a more knowledgeable lawyer regarding any employment/labor issues.

I felt extremely confident and comfortable having Christine represent me during a very difficult and emotionally disturbing employment case. She demonstrated a keen ability to remain calm and she was well prepared and not afraid to speak up against a seasoned attorney from a huge law firm. I was terrified during my deposition however Christine prepared me so well, I hit a home run and sent the opposing attorney out the door with his tail between his legs. I highly recommend Christine as legal counsel as she possesses all the qualities necessary to be a very competitive and successful attorney. I felt safe in her care.

I could talk to her about anything that was going on in the case there was times where I would get upset and she would calm me down and really listen to me. She treated me like a friend not just a client. I would come to her again if I ever needed her services and I would recomend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Christine Wasserman Rath is currently handling a government contract dispute and wrongful discharge suit and is making wonderful progress in this case hopefully with favorable outcome. Mrs. Wassermann has been averted and mislead by opposing counsel, from this large high priced firm they have tried everything to stall this case but Mrs. Wassermann stay’s true and remains on focus while dealing with this large and complicated case. I would recommend Mrs. Wasserman or any of her associates at their firm thanks again for the great work.
