Genuine integrity
Mr. Streby took well over an hour on a Sunday to advise me on a legal issue that could not wait. I was very upset, and he was so calm and kind. He answered every question and told me exactly the right thing to say and to do to resolve my urgent issue. He was more interested in helping me than collecting a fee. Calling him was the smartest thing I have ever done. I am truly grateful. He presented genuine integrity. I highly recommend him.

I consulted with Mr. Streby regarding a landlord/tenant legal matter. He was very helpful and thorough, explaining the legality of the situation and recommending next steps. He went above and beyond what I had expected. I would certainly recommend and hire him in the future.

A Client's best friend is a good lawyer, and John Streby is top-flight.
Attorney Streby represented my parents in a grandparents' visitation case which he won--the judge granted liberal visitation for my parents with their grandson, who was only 7 years old. John Streby wrote an extensive brief for the judge in the case that covered all the key issues. When he presented his arguments in court their was resistance from the other side, but the Judge could see who had clearly made the stronger case and he decided every issue in favor of the grandparents and attorney Streby.
