I was facing a DUI charge with a history of multiple previous DUIs. My outlook was clearly negative and this was compounded by having my DUI in a county with an assigned Judge commonly known to be a “hanging Judge”, probably the harshest Judge in Ohio in respect to how he handled DUI cases.
I am a professional who is employed at an executive level with a very large organization. My issues with DUIs had the very real possibility of forcing me to lose my employment.
