Biography
Matt Hardin grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee, following in his father’s footsteps as a second-generation attorney. After earning his bachelor’s degree at Rhodes College, he completed both his master’s and juris doctor at the University of Tennessee. Today, he leads Matt Hardin Law, PLLC, representing plaintiffs in personal injury, truck and tractor-trailer wrecks, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and premises liability cases across Tennessee and Kentucky. Matt has held every officer position in the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association—including President—and now serves as a Trustee for LIFT. He is also a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation and active in the Tennessee, Nashville, and Kentucky bar associations, plus the Kentucky Justice Association. Matt’s peer honors include AV Preeminent® certification from Martindale-Hubbell®, inclusion in Best Lawyers®, a spot among the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys’ “10 Best in Tennessee” for Client Satisfaction, and recognition as a Mid-South Superlawyer.
