If you need to hire a lawyer, please talk to Michael..My son was going thru a divorce for over 2 1/2 years. We fired the first lawyer because she never got anything done. Meeting Michael was the best thing that happened to our son. He was always available for questions and his advice was so encouraging. Michael works hard for his clients as we found out. The divorce was settled the first and only time Michael was involved. We wish we hired him from beginning, because going thru a divorce is painful for all, but Michael helped every step of way..If you need a lawyer, this is the person to call..Michael helped our family thru a difficult situation and we will always be thankful that he was our lawyer..

After several horrible experiences with attorneys, most recently a divorce attorney, I called Mike up after reading his reviews here on AVVO. I didn't realize the way to find an attorney was to do a search on all the attorneys in the area, check their bar complaints and/ or AVVO complaints, and work backwards to the folks who actually had GOOD reputations. I could have saved myself the pain of hiring an overpriced psychologically unbalanced jerk of an attorney if I'd known this three years ago. So I called up Mike and he took my case, only to find it in a state of disaster. He was honest with me about the issues, he set my expectations knowing it would be painful for me to hear, and he painstakingly cleaned the mess up and prepared my case for trial in months doing work that hadn't been done properly for years. We had a situation where I thought we had a difficult opposing counsel, a moron for a parent coordinator, and an obnoxious judge. He made excellent progress with the difficult opposing counsel, he managed the parent coordinator situation beautifully, he found me another forensic CPA who was not a hack, and he actually proved to me that I had a seemingly reasonable judge. Mike is smart, he's fair, he's hard working, and he's dedicated to his clients. I wish I'd found him years ago because he could have saved me alot of time, money, pain and suffering sooner. I highly recommend this attorney whether you are new to divorce court or domestic violence representation or if you're unhappy with your current attorney and need a second opinion and/ or new representation. He's outstanding.

If you are looking for an honest divorce attorney who does what he says he can do and delivers real value, I recommend Michael Fluke. I was involved in a very lengthy and contentious divorce made even more difficult by a previous attorney who not only nickel and dimed me to death, but literally caused more problems than he resolved. I eventually fired him and began representing myself. That didn’t work so well either. After interviewing several new attorneys a friend of mine personally recommended Michael to me. Michael was very up front and honest about his fees and what I should expect. He listened to my complaints and explained how he would work within the “system” to get the job done effectively and quickly. After hiring him he focused exclusively on resolving the issues, protecting my rights and preserving my relationship with my children. I give all the credit to finally ending my divorce difficulties to Michael and the professional manner in which he navigated our legal system to resolve the remaining issues. If we had met sooner I would have saved tens of thousands of dollars and years of frustration. In court, hearing the Judge rule in my favor regarding the children was fantastic; hearing that the ex-wife’s claims were frivolous was wonderful, the look on the face of my ex-wife’s attorney when the Judge said no fees awarded….priceless.

Michael did an great job for me on my divorce. First off, he spent the time and attention required on my case to assure the outcome. He was thoroughly prepared and always in touch with the specifics of my case. Nothing more annoying than a lawyer who is so out of touch that you have to remind them of the basics of your case. That was definitely not Mike, he was on top of all the details. While my case was relatively simple, there were some wrinkles that he did a great job ironing out. He was very helpful throughout the process and brought a lot to the table. Not only is he very experienced, he is very creative and came up with some great thoughts. This proved very, very helpful during mediation, where several of his suggestions broke an impasse and led to a successful conclusion. In addition, he did a great job of explaining the process to me and what I should expect at each step of the way. All in all, I felt that his judgement was first rate and I could rely on it, which took a lot of the pressure out of the process. And bottom line, he won a settlement that was better than I had hoped for.

After being served with papers from my wife, my brain went numb and I couldn't think clearly for days. I had just started a new job, so taking time off to research, interview, and hire an attorney was something I was not looking forward to. Luckily, I came across Mike's website when I GOOGLE Tampa attorneys, and was amazed with the amount of positive feedback he had gotten. I thought for sure this was just all self-promotion under the guise of fake names and situations…until I finally me the guy. The first impression I got was – Jeez, this guy is a monster; Mike is very tall and I fashioned him as an intimidating figure in the court room. Funny, though, because after speaking with him, he came across as articulate, determined, and actually, quite personable. There was no need for me to interview other attorneys, I had found the one. Long story short: we went to mediation, I got a favorable decision, and I avoided the mental and financial stress of going to divorce court. Michael Fluke is the real deal and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the same ordeal that I had endured. A++

Michael Fluke was successful in getting a restraining order in a repeat-violence case....Was very satisfied with the way he handled the case... Always kept me informed and advised me on what our Best options were in this case..... very objective I've had several lawyers in the past and in my opinion,Mike is one of the best..liked the fact that I always had direct access to Mike...very accessible and prompt in returning calls ... highly recommended

Mr. Fluke help me navigate very complex and often acrimonious negotiations with my wife. His counsel was always spot on. His ability to identify the salient issues helped me reach an agreement which was fair and equitable. During mediation, he knew instinctively when we should stand our ground and when we should give back a little. In the end, our agreement has several protections for myself that will serve me well. Additionally, there were several times during the process where my wife's antagonistic behavior got the better of me. Invariably, Mr, Fluke calmy convinced me to just ignore the actions (he was spot on). He is a great, down to earth gentleman who has values and is respected by his peers.

I strongly recommend Michael Fluke to anyone as well. I found myself being falsely accused of Domestic Violence injunction in Hillsborough County, and I live in Miami, Fl. so I had to drive all the way 3 to 4 hrs. I was so pleased because the case got dismissed on the grounds of insufficient evidence. I felt like the money was well spent, he listens, extremely patient & on time. I'd definitely recommend him.

I strongly recommend Michael Fluke to anyone in need of council for civil/criminal proceedings. I found myself being falsely accused of Domestic Violence in Pinellas County. Needless to say, I was highly concerned; and after seeing the results of a “Google†search for “falsely accused of Domestic Violence†I was terrified. I scoured the internet searching for quality representation and finally found AVVO and Michael Fluke. I read Mr. Fluke’s reviews and decided to contact him. I cannot adequately express how thankful I am for finding this attorney. Every kind word that was written was true. Michael gave me a free consult and did not rush me. He took the time to understand the issues at hand and my concerns. Michael gave me outstanding council and helped me prepare for what to expect in court. Most importantly Michael Fluke gave me piece of mind, he has a natural gift for bringing sanity and a sense of “calm†to any situation.
