Josh Schiffer and company cares about and fights for his clients. I was arrested in Cobb County Georgia for a DUI. There were subtle discrepancies in the case that were meticulously argued with the prosecuting attorney by Josh and his team. Although, I had blown a .20, more then twice the legal limit, Josh and his team were able to negotiate this to a reckless driving. His attention to detail and full understanding of the idiosyncrasies of Georgia Law allowed me to avoid the more serious charge on my record. His team is comprised of former prosecutors and experts in the field of DUI defense. They worked in unison for the successful verdict. I highly recommend these "bull dogs" if the need should arise.

We were very pleased with his handling of the case. He was sensitive in a delicate situation & available to the client. This was an important aspect as the actual client was young and had no experience with the legal system. He managed to accomplish everything we set out as a goal at the start of the case. It was a long & fairly involved process with some difficult twists. But he was able to resolve it as he said he could do.

Josh Schiffer handled this case with professionalism and effective execution of goal to dismiss. His communication was informative and updates were received regularly. He was always available for questions and discussion. Josh and his staff delivered as promised. I would definitely recommend his to others and would certainly use his services again, if needed, in the future.

Mr. Schiffer is an excellent attorney. We were new to the area when we had the unfortunate need for a defense attorney for my daughter. A friend of a friend had used his services in a similar situation and recommended we go for a consultation. Mr. Schiffer took the time to explain the law, our options, the best and worst possible outcomes. He kept in contact with me and spent time talking with my daughter, not only about her case but her life and where she was headed. He is an attorney who really cares about his clients! My daughter had 7 charges against her, including 2 felonies. It was one of the worst times in my life. I was in a new town, my daughter was definitely headed down a destructive path and I didn't know how to deal with any of it. He not only took care of his client, my daughter, but spent time giving me advice and support in this difficult situation. When our case was complete, she had one misdemeanor charge she plead out for and spent only one year on probation. Mr. Schiffer did such an outstanding job representing her she has been given the opportunity to start her adult life with a clean record and a chance to turn her life around. I cannot say enough kind words about this man. He is a true asset to his profession.

Mr. Josh Schiffer represented me in a simple battery/personal injury case, and it was the best choice I could have made in such delicate situation. Mr. Schiffer was highly knowledgeable in his area of expertise and was very informative in every step of our case. As an international client, I seemed to require many paper work, but Mr. Schiffer was always reachable and helpful to all my requests and questions. All in all, Mr. Schiffer was a extremely personable and was an exceptional representative with regards to our case outcome. I came to Joshua Schiffer and William Kemp even though I had another attorney because I THOUGHT I was not getting the representation I needed. After spending 10 minutes with William and Josh I knew I was right. They made me realize how much my other attorney had missed and misguided me I knew these were the guys I had to go with. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and detail oriented. They are results oriented and do an excellent job in staying focused on whats important. We won one of my cases and the other one was dismissed. They are excellent attorneys and I would recommend them very very highly.

Best Lawyer we have ever used he so good he got my friend son out of jail in Texas from Georgia. Her son had a problem here that had been taken care of but the courts had not taken care of the paper work and he got it all taken care of. If its something Joshua don't take care of he will give you a name of someone that is good enough to take care of it like he would. Absolutly love this lawyer

I was referred to Mr. Schiffer through another contact. My husband was a victim of mistaken identity, and was being served with papers to appear in court over a residential property which had been cited with numerous code violations which he did not own, but happened to have the same name as the real owner. We were told to contact Mr. Schiffer to see what he could do on our behalf due to the fact that we were in another state. Mr. Schiffer was happy to help and jumped right in. He was able to get everything overturned without having to appear in court! All he asked for was a thank you and a positive review. I have no problem recommending him to anyone else who needs advice or legal intervention.
