Wrongfully garnished assistance.
I give a 5 star rating just because it goes no higher! I contacted Brent due to a debt collection company wrongfully garnishing my wages. I had previously been garnished and went before a Judge for a slow pay case only to be informed, by the Judge, the judgement/garnishment was not against me and dropped the case. Fast forward almost 2 years and said debt collection company garnished my wages, again, against Judge's order. After contacting Brent he went right to work to get the resolution that was best for me. He worked very diligently and stayed the course updating me often and each step of the way. Hands down a very positive experience in a negative situation. Brent is experienced, knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!

Very pleased with Brent.....
Brent was very prepared, competent and always available when I needed to contact him. My case was somewhat standard but there were still many questions/details that required his continuing help; and, he answered my calls or called back within a few hours that same day. That was a big deal for me, having that attentive access to him. I also felt confident with his many years experience within the Bankruptcy courts. Brent is the BEST!
I highly recommend Brent Snyder! He’s knowledgeable, efficient, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress free for me. Before finding Brent, I met with another law firm but left that attorney feeling unsure, hesitant, and stuck. When I sent the attorney follow-up questions, my email was forwarded to an attorney I had never met before. That attorney advised something entirely different than the first attorney had, even though they were from the same firm. It was very confusing. On the other hand, from beginning to end Brent was the only attorney who handled my case. He was informative, thorough and clear when explaining the process, as well as what important meetings/dates would happen next. When I left his office, I knew my case was in good hands. He filed my case with the court at the end of March and it was discharged by the beginning of July. A huge, stressful burden has been taken off my shoulders thanks to Brent!

Great experience!
Brent is very knowledgeable and confident in what he does. He makes a could be difficult process smooth and easy! I never felt like there was a question I couldn’t ask. Brent Snyder is an AMAZING attorney!
Brent knows his stuff!! He’s an amazing attorney & person. Even the judge was impressed with Brent and commented several times he’s never seen issues like this come up before. I liked that he kept me informed through the whole process, which took almost a year due to Covid, and was upfront about everything. Unlike some attorneys I’ve worked with before Brent always got back to me one way or another - through emails, phone calls or texts. Absolutely incredible! I just can’t say enough good things about Brent! He just handled a situation for me. He was very kind and considerate and helped me in every way he could because I am disabled. He took care of the case in my favor, and he was the most prompt attorney I have ever seen! Brent made the whole bankruptcy smooth as silk. I literally didn’t have to do anything but answer a few questions and sign a couple papers.
