Biography
Moses Kim is the Founding Partner of The Moses Firm: Medical Malpractice Lawyers, and represents individuals and families in serious personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. Moses has always been committed to excellence in his representation of his clients and, as a result, has been recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite and by Super Lawyers Magazine and has earned a “Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a “10/10” Avvo rating.
Moses graduated from Emory University where he majored in Political Science and served as the President of the Student Government Association. He then attended and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC, where he served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court team. He received various honors in law school, including being inducted into the Order of the Barristers. As an attorney, he has been recognized for his service to the community in Atlanta as an Outstanding Atlanta honoree and a LEAD Atlanta graduate.
