Estate of Billy McBee

Outcome: My client, the claimaint, won.

Description: My client is the only child of the late Billy McBee. As part of ongoing estate litigation, we were able to prove that a woman alleging to be the wife of Mr. McBee was in fact perpetrating a fraud on the Gwinnett County Probate Court. After a trial, the Court determined that Ms. McBee was not the wife of the deceased and was not entitled to a share of the intestate estate.
