Amazing!

I have to say that Mr. Turnage and his staff made me feel so much better. I felt like a complete loser having to file bankruptcy and, initially, when I arrived for my initial consultation I walked in with my head hung low from shame. It’s hard when you are dealing with divorce and financial mayhem. Mr. Turnage spent well over an hour with me during my initial consultation...answered all my questions, etc. Initially I scheduled the consultation because I felt like I had no other choice but to file bankruptcy. Come to find out, Mr. Turnage, not only told me what to expect if I did file bankruptcy, but, are you ready for this...he gave me advice on alternative ways to resolve my issues without having to file bankruptcy and it worked. Unfortunately, several months later I lost my job and a new situation arose forcing me to file bankruptcy after all. When I called Mr. Turnage's office, I was transferred to his paralegal Tammi knew exactly who I was, remembered me, my situation, etc. and immediately got me in. Mr. Turnage and his staff were with me every step of the way during my bankruptcy and even after my discharge. These people are amazing! I would strongly recommend Mr. Turnage to anyone and everyone. I have friends who have subsequently filed a bankruptcy (with another attorney because he/she [not naming names here] was cheap) and when they relay their horrible experiences I am reminded how great of an attorney I had. It’s funny how my friends now say that their ‘cheap attorney’ gave them exactly what they paid for…cheap and unknowledgeable experience. Mr. Turnage told me what to expect during my bankruptcy (the good, the bad and the ugly) and I have to say, this man was right on the money. Mr. Turnage and his staff have years of bankruptcy experience and it shows.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Turnage was our lifesaver!

I can't begin to adequately thank Allan Turnage for all he has done in helping us get through Chapter 13 bankruptcy. My elderly husband and I had never even thought about filing bankruptcy, but my husband had a stroke and was unable to answer the constant complaints the IRS had about his business during an audit. I wasn't involved in his company so I couldn't help. We felt the only way to relieve the stress was to take Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Mr. Turnage did everything in his power to help us. It was more than a year after the bankruptcy was satisfied that the IRS finally got their records up to date and left us alone. I thank God that we were able to hire a man of Mr. Turnage's caliber to help us.

Great job

The right choice

My wife and I tried all available option to avoid bankruptcy - from hiring a company to negotiate our debt, to attempting to negotiate directly with our creditors – all to no avail. We found ourselves with now other option but to file Chapter 7. We did our research and chose the Law Office of Allen Turnage. I have to say that the Allen Turnage made this difficult experience the best it could have possibly been. Allen and his team were always available, professional, and thorough. Most importantly, they we genuinely empathetic to our situation, and just plain human – and Mr. Turnage was literally at our side throughout the entire process. Relief!

We all depend on the expertise and knowledge of trade professionals in areas of life that we know very little about, but are forced to deal with. We chose Allen due to a friend's referral. That referral turned out to be our pot-o-gold. I believe Allen did not agree, but I thought I could work through a CH13, but after two years, I asked Allen to file our CH7. Excellent work and instincts Allen.

The best!

Allen is fantastic! He and his staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and just plain ol good folks! I had met with another attorney before I meet Allen. Was more confused when I left that consultation than when I went in. Allen came highly recommended, and for good reason! After my consult with Allen I knew exactly what was going to happen. Allen is a very down to earth, regular guy who happens to be a great bankruptcy attorney. He explained everything to me in regular terms, so I would understand. Wonderfully helpful
