Biography
I focus my practice on major truck crash cases. I have handled cases in over 35 states with recoveries over $1 billion. I am a recognized leader in commercial motor vehicle crash litigation nationally. I am the Co-Founder of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, Co-Chair of the National Board of Truck Accident Attorneys, Past Chair of the American Association of Justice Trucking Litigation Group, and Past-President of the National Trial Lawyers Association Trucking Trial Attorneys. I focus on a small number of cases at a time so that I can maximize results for clients. The rest of my time I spend teaching other lawyers around the country how to be better trial lawyers, both in handling trucking cases and other types of cases. I am a former police officer and former judge.
