When I first reached out to Hurley Elder Care Law, it was shortly after our mother had her stroke, and I was seeking guidance on the Medicaid application process. I hesitated to sign up initially due to concerns about the cost. However, it soon became clear that our mother wouldn't be able to return ...home independently or even with home healthcare; she would require round-the-clock nursing home care.
