Case Conclusion Date: February 1, 2013
Practice Area: Immigration
Outcome: Waiver approved and client granted Lawful Permanent Residency
Description: Client had come to the U.S. as an infant. He had gone through a rough patch as a young adult and had multiple criminal convictions. He had completely turned his life around and was married to a U.S. citizen and had 2 U.S. citizen children. USCIS found him to be inadmissible because of his past convictions. I was able to overcome this finding and after a difficult process I was successful in convincing USCIS to waive his past and admit him as a Lawful Permanent Resident. Client is now a Lawful Permanent Resident with a new purpose in life.
