Austin's expertise and knowledge is like no other!
Austin is the absolutely best lawyer! He worked with me, providing all my options to me in a way that I could understand. He was very respectful and sensitive about my divorce situation and was very easy to talk to and communicate with, giving me all my options. I cannot say enough about Austin. Every time someone says they need an attorney for anything related to what he does, I am the first to say, "You have GOT to call Austin Buerlein! He is the most fabulous, educated and smart attorney ever." Austin truly cared about me and about my case. There will be no other attorney I will turn to with regards to my ex and my children.

Very professional, dedicated and well prepared
I had the pleasure of having Austin as my attorney throughout my divorce . He was not only knowledgable and respectful but very sensitive. I felt like he really cared about my case and my needs and never treated me like it was just another case. He is a very dedicated, resourceful young man who showed up to court overly prepared. It is my to go guy whenever I need advice and the reason why I rehired him when I had to go back to court for contempt and for a child support modification order. I would recommed him to anyone!

Wonderful attorney
Austin is an exceptional attorney. He is very detailed and made sure he got all the information needed to help me with a case that was complicated. I would highly recommend him. He helped me enormously and I don’t know what I would have done without his help.

Austin saved my family
Austin represented me in my divorce and my custody modification cases. I went to him hurt and feeling defeated. My divorce was complicated and I was lost and Austin stepped in, represented me and through his professionalism and constant contact he made me feel I truly had an advocate. He walked me through every step and I honestly felt I had not only an attorney but a good friend looking out for me and my two son’s best interests. We settled the divorce through his hard work and sincere dedication to my case. I had to get his assistance again several years later to modify custody. I chose to go back to him because I knew with his determination and expert knowledge of the system I would prevail with him in my corner. Austin was able to secure custody of my two sons for me. I always felt Austin truly cared about my boys and I and our best interests. He works tirelessly for his clients. He was always there when I needed him. This was 5 years ago and now I am with my two boys and I owe their great success to Austin for his hard work. Austin is now a friend and we consider him a member of our family. I would recommend and request his assistance again in a heartbeat if I needed him. Austin truly cares and will fight for you as his client.

Knowing my options
I consulted with Attorney Austin Buerlein to go over my options and decide if I should take my ex back to court. Austin went well beyond time allotted to discuss what my ex was doing and my getting more support. I left our meeting feeling better educated and with a plan to move forward. Austin never once looked at his clock or made me feel like my concerns were frivolous. It was nice being treated like a person.

Austin went above and beyond to get the situation resolved. He took the extra time needed for my case.
I am very grateful for the help I received from Austin and his team. March of 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic, I reached out to Austin for child support custody help. He was able to guide me give me advice and even offered to help fill out any paperwork if I deiced to do it on my own! Seriously, who does that?! Of course, I had to hire him for his services. At any time I needed them they were always available to help quickly and with a high level of professionalism. He explained everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. He helped me out BIG TIME and I felt at ease during the whole process. He looked out for my child's best interest and quickly earned my respect and trust. Highly Recommended. Thank you so much for everything!

I can't recommend Austin enough as a family law attorney. He gave me excellent counsel throughout the divorce process. He is incredibly reasonable, logical and thoughtful, fair on fees, and has been in family law long enough to offer seasoned insights on what to expect. He exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Highly recommend.

Very Professional, Pragmatic Advice, Recommend to Anyone Needing Help!
What I loved about Austin was his candid, reasonable and fair approach. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear... he was able to help us navigate many challenges and in the end the result was better than anticipated. Our circumstances required us to go to court (via Zoom). Austin was very impressive with the judge, made great points, counter arguments and I know the judge respected him greatly. He encouraged us to try to find workable outcomes that kept costs in mind and always attempted to resolve using the least expensive solution. In the end, he was very fair with his fees and went above and beyond our agreement.

Great attorney- highly recommend
Great attorney! I worked with several attorneys on and off for the past few years regarding divorce, child support, abuse and custody. Austin was very knowledgeable in completing my case which seemed to have no end until i met him. He's available, always responds and you actually speak to him and not a thousand different paralegals. He is extremely afordable and he didn't try to financially break me like many lawyers. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Austin!!!!

BEST attorney EVER!!!
Austin Buerlein is the BEST family law attorney ever! The decision to leave my spouse and plans to physically move out were made in a matter of days. I called several attorneys prior to moving. I was looking for advice on what I could legally take from the home and bank account. Austin was the ONLY attorney to return my call. During that call, I could tell that Austin sincerely wanted to help me and was not just looking to "line his pockets." Austin is an established attorney. He didn't need to return my call. But he did return my call because he is a caring person. I also appreciated Austin being a realist. He didn't promise to "take my spouse to the cleaners" as so many attorneys do. Many attorneys claim they can do BIG things, but they can't. It's because of Austin's extensive experience (including knowledge of precedence) that he knows what is realistic. Austin has a wonderful personality and terrific interpersonal skills. I can truthfully say that I miss talking to him.

Incredibly knowledgable and passionate about justice
My interactions with Mr. Buerlein have been nothing but positive. When I first called him, it was to ask questions regarding domestic violence law as pertaining to the different states involved in my own case. He was patient and listened, then offered his best advice without making me feel like I was wasting his time. I have kept in touch with him over the past year and every time he makes time to speak to me, and to discuss my case. The knowledge he exhibits shows me that not only does he take his position very seriously, but also that he abides strongly to the codes of ethics which all lawyers are bound by. If anyone is in need of an attorney who will work diligently to help in a case, Mr. Buerlein is undoubtedly my first recommendation in the Atlanta area.

As shocking as it was to hear I was going to be divorced, it was even more mind-blowing to realize that I actually needed to protect myself. It was new territory that left me confused, disappointed, overwhelmed, and stressed out. And if you happen to be in a similar situation, I strongly recommend hiring Austin. He was phenomenal to work with. He walked me through the entire process of what to expect and answered all of my questions. He was so easy to talk to, and I really appreciated his honesty. I left his office feeling much more at ease and prepared for what would occur in the coming weeks.

Austin handled my divorce case. He was an excellent advisor and helped me through the process avoiding any court proceedings. He protected me but also gave realistic expectations throughout the process. There are many times I expressed my frustrations to him about the situation and he was great at listening and giving solid advice all the way to closure. He was solid and genuine all the way through. You will like the initial meeting, and that will not change. Austin will be the same on the first day and on last day you work with him.

Austin provided wonderful legal advice and guidance during my divorce. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He guided me through and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone seeking legal representation that is fair and honest. He truly keeps your best interest and needs at heart. I am eternally grateful for his services and thankful I made the decision to hire him as my attorney.

Best Divorce Attorney in Town
If you are going through a divorce and looking for a lawyer who actually listen to you, educate you, and care about you, search no more. Austin is the one you need to see and hire. I was going through a divorce unexpectedly, which hit me really hard emotionally. Not knowing anything about the divorce process, I chose my first divorce attorney who was logistically the closest from my house, and it was a big mistake I made. My attorney didn't educate me on the divorce process at all, and pushed me to settle as fast as possible. Not happy with my first attorney, I found and consulted Austin for a second opinion, and he changed my view on lawyers! He listened to my case with wholehearted sympathy, educated me thoroughly, and helped me revise the settlement, which I am happy with now. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise on devising the parenting plan as he suggested many items that my first attorney didn't mention, such as co-parenting counseling. When I asked him questions, he always answered promptly and in details. I was extremely satisfied with his deep knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his client. Divorce is never easy and very hard emotionally. But I can firmly say that Austin can help you every walk of this tough journey along with you, and you will be in good hands. I highly, highly recommend Austin to anyone going through a divorce.

Highly recommend!
Austin is amazing! He was insightful, diligent, and professional. Austin did everything possible to make sure my child was protected during a very difficult divorce. He was able to see things I didn't and put protections in place that will take care of my child for the rest of his time in dealing with my ex. I could never thank him enough and would without a doubt use him again should the need arise.

Excellent Divorce Attorney!
I hired Austin Buerlein last year to handle my very difficult divorce/custody case and I am so grateful for his help. I definitely do not think I would have received the settlement agreement that I have if I had not had him on my team fighting for my child's best interest. I got everything that I was requesting. My child support settlement was more than triple of what my ex-husband would give me previously. I am so appreciative to Austin for working so hard in our best interest. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with a difficult divorce or separation and needing sound guidance. I will definitely contact him again in the future if I am in need of an attorney.
