On May 5th, I went out to check the mail. In the box was a letter from the Cobb County Sheriff Department post marked April 30th. Since my adult child was on probation for their first dui, which had been reduced to reckless driving, I knew immediately that anything coming from the sheriff’s office couldn’t be good, and true to form it wasn’t! It was a notice dated April 28th, 2015 that my child was in violation of their probation and that a warrant dated March 25th, 2015, over 30 days before the actual letter was mailed, had been issued. Not once during this time did their probation officer ever call to have them come in and retest, or even give them a notice that a warrant had been issued.
Immediately my child called Mr. Holloway, who had successfully defended them on their first ever dui case, (having gotten it successfully reduced to reckless driving) and they told Mr. Holloway about their current problem. Mr. Holloway immediately called their probation officer and she informed him that his client’s urine had trace amounts of alcohol in it and that they were in violation of their probation. Mr. Holloway then called my child and proceeded to tell them what the violation was; since they had no clue, due to the fact that the letter didn’t specify, nor did the probation officer ever contact them prior to issuing the warrant to even tell them. Mr. Holloway then advised them to go and turn themself in immediately, which is what they did on May 5th, 2015.
During the time my child was in the county jail Mr. Holloway did what he does best, and he went to work on the case. Within a few hours of my child turning themself in, I received a call from Mr. Holloway’s very competent assistant, Lea. She graciously informed me that Mr. Holloway had managed to get my child’s case on the judge’s calendar for May 7th! This is simply unheard of!!!
Now on the day of court, May 7th, the judge was sentencing people back to back. Apparently this was the day for hearing probation violators! I couldn’t stomach it so I left the courtroom to get some air, because I was certain my child was about to have to serve time for their violation. Before I could reenter the courtroom Mr. Holloway was out in the hallway walking toward me. I couldn’t determine at all by the look on his face what the outcome was, so I simply sat down and prayed. Mr. Holloway then told me that my child was free and I could pick them up in a few hours!!! He also told me that there were no changes in their liberal probation and that everything would remain the same. Once again, Mr. Holloway came through for us. While Mr. Holloway is certainly not the cheapest, trust me he is certainly the best, and he is worth every dime, because the cost to fight for freedom, well let’s just say it ain’t free!

I found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time and, charged though never convicted of several offenses. I owe all of my good fortune regarding issue resolution and ultimately, expungement off my here to for non existent record. I found Mr Holloway to be a tireless advocate, extremely knowledgeable of the Fulton County complex legal system, well connected with the Solicitor General's office, all making the value of his services well worth the fee.

Mr. Holloway was our first choice when our son needed an attorney for a traffic ticket. Phil was very responsive to our requests and we received excellent advise. Would pay him double what he charged us!

I got arrested in witch I felt was a false arrest my mother called Phillip Holloway he charge $500 for that one day of talking to her and refering her to a bail bond agaent. The following day I went to his office and he was tellng me to take a plea bargain before he even seen any case infomation, discovery or anything yet on top of that he fees were high. I told him I dident feel I was guilty and wanted to fight it for a dismissal of a not guilty plea he again just keep trying to push me to accept 5 charges on my record and probation as well I decided to go with another lawer who was amost half the price and had all my charges dismissed. If you feel like you have a good chance with you case please do yourself a favor and talk to others first before you let this man talk you into a.plea so he can keepgood relations with the police.he used to work with and the prosecuter.

I had a couple of Sheriffs knock on my door for 5 consecutive days. This was a pretty scary experience, in fact they became more aggressive with each visit and I was frankly scared to death to open the door, fearing that I would be accused of something, harassed, or worse. Although I was confident that I had no reason to have them looking for me, I knew that they wouldn't stop until I contacted them or answered the door.
I knew I needed to call an attorney to find out what the Sheriff wanted - no way was I going to contact the Sheriff directly and open myself up to potential legal risks. However, I had a problem - it was Thanksgiving! What attorney is going to take my call on Black Friday?! I made some calls, left some voicemails, and fully expected to wait until the following Monday. I was just hoping that my door didn't get kicked in before then!
Much to my surprise, I got a text about 15 minutes later! It was Philip! He received my message and would call shortly. He took care of everything and found out that the Sheriff was looking for a previous tenant who had child support problems. Within 2 hours time, he resolved the issue completely all via text/email during a holiday on Black Friday!
Best. Attorney. Ever. Seriously, call him, right now!

Mr. Holloway recently represented me in a case with several serious tickets. He was able to get a great reduction on all tickets. I could have paid up to $3,000 but all tickets were reduced to $275. I was very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency.

Mr. Holloway has helped a dear friend with a DUI. My case was a different DUI that had many different variables. I found his guidance and direction in our first meet to be just what I wanted, someone that was proactive in helping me. Expectations were exceeded way beyond than what I anticipated and so very thankful!! Do not hesitate to call him asap!

Upon a family member receiving their first DUI in January 2013, I called around to some friends in search of a great attorney and Mr. Philip Holloway was recommended to me, through a friend of a friend. Once I received his name I did some quick and simple due diligence work by looking him up on Avvo and Google. It turned out that he had good, solid reviews, but truth be told they simply didn’t measure up to how truly good Mr. Holloway turned out to be.
As a person of Godly faith, prior to calling Mr. Holloway I said a prayer and afterward I moved forward with the call. I explained to him the situation, and that the matter at hand required immediate attention because we were dealing with a military member who was currently in jail, but had to report to duty within 24 hours. Mr. Holloway, being a former military man understood the sense of urgency and he saw me immediately. During the course of my visit he made a call to the jail and within 8 hours or less my family member was not only released, he even had his driver’s license returned to him so he could drive to his place of duty! That was just the first step of this journey.
About a week later we met with Mr. Holloway to begin planning the defense. At this meeting Mr. Holloway made it perfectly clear that he would be in no rush to settle this matter because his ultimate goal was have the most successful outcome as possible considering all the evidence. From there we did everything that Mr. Holloway suggested in a timely manner, we even hired a private investigator that he suggested, which in fact helped to strengthen our case.
Days went by and turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and months turned into over a year, with our hearing dates constantly being postponed. Throughout this time Mr. Holloway was patient, diligent and calculating. We on the other hand were the complete opposite of patient; after about 9 months we just wanted it all to go away. However, Mr. Holloway reassured us to just hold on. He wasn’t happy at all with what the prosecutor was offering. They wanted to throw the book at our family member, meaning no reduction at all, jail time, loss of license, and reporting probation. They weren’t willing to budge and we couldn’t believe it. Especially since this was our family member’s first DUI, with no accidents or injuries and no criminal record.
Needless to say, we listened to his sage advice, exhausted, we held on, and OMG are we ever glad that we did! On November 4th, 2014 almost 2 years later our case was finally heard and Mr. Holloway did what he does best, he got the DUI reduced to reckless driving, there was no suspension of license, only 11 months of NONE reporting probation and our family member was able to plea Nolo Contendere, so no points went against his license! Incredible and blessed is all I can say. So if you are looking for an honest, ethical, hardworking and sincerely dedicated attorney then do yourself a favor and hire Mr. Philip Holloway. He will give you 110% of himself.

In April of this year I found myself, unfortunately, in need of Mr.Holloway's professional services: my experience with him and his Team was nothing short of outstanding.
I interviewed four different attorneys in the Greater Atlanta Area before making a decision on who I wanted to represent me, and he was the clear choice. It took six months to come to resolution with my case and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I had three driving charges against me: two were thrown-out, the main charge was reduced, and the fines/terms were minimal.
Things to know...
1) He is a 'strait-shooter' and will tell you like it is
2) His services are not cheap, nor are they the most expensive (I had a flexible payment plan, which was very helpful)
3) The Hollow Law Group is a great Team; Lea (paralegal) is awesome and kept me informed every step of he way!
I HIGHLY recommend Mr.Holloway! Have a sit-down with him before you make a decision on who would like to represent you.
