Had a very difficult year resulting in two arrests in Cobb County which could have ruined my career and subsequently my whole life. Instead of two felony convictions, I got off with probation, no community service, and one night in jail (which he even tried to fight against up until the very last minute!).

I have hired lawyers in the past and the outcome has always ended up worse than what I was presented during the initial consultation. In the past I had a lawyer (not Philip) show up for my court date completely unprepared not to mention 30 minutes after the judge had already gone off the bench. I ended up getting the book thrown at me. I would have been better off representing myself. This happened five years ago and I will not soon forget how disappointing it was to work with someone so unprofessional.

Very difficult & emotional domestic violence criminal case involving myself, my Dad, and two brothers complete with 4 felonies. Not only did Mr. Holloway get ALL of the charges dropped, his "bedside manner" was amazing. He exceeded my expectations when he went above and beyond the call of duty by not leaving me " high and dry " related case until I could get representation. Lastly he was willing to work with us on a a payment schedule . To boot my case was handled in such a timely fashion that the ink on the original warrant wasn't even dry yet. Mr. Holloway is an excellent criminal defense attorney. I had a difficult case where I was accused of a number of crimes based solely on the report of a deputy sheriff who spoke with me, and then left the scene of the incident and took no action. His report was inaccurate and false. It was circulated to the media and I was tried and convicted without any due process. Luckily Mr. Holloway intervened and had the entire matter resolved with no criminal charges filed against me. I am deeply in his debt. Thank you.
