Ashleigh is clearly a star in the courtroom. Her demeanor and simple presence alone commanded the respect of everyone in the room. I had been battling two separate felony cases from 2016, that would otherwise have closed and left me with felonies on my record had I not chosen to fight back. I had already taken two separate plea deals and had almost no chance of coming away with a clean record. Thanks to Mrs. Merchant I can say I'm finally done and happy with the results. Please Read!! I was facing some very serious charges and was looking at some possible prison time, but when Ashleigh was brought on to help represent me things changed. She was able to get me a great deal even while dealing with a prosecutor that does not like to make any deals. She has actually done this twice for me. I hired Mrs. Merchant for a DUI case and from day 1 I felt more than confident with my choice. Even though she's a Florida Gator and I was a gator hater, she had me doing the chomp today. NOT Guilty was the verdict she got me. The state had plenty of evidence so it wasn't just a closed book case. She was in contact with me from day 1 and not some office staff or paralegal and I did not have to bug her to find out what was going on. This woman knows her stuff and the entire court room knows it. Top it off with a little hyperness. She did her homework and was beyond prepared for any angle they took.
