Genuine Concern for Client

When my case begin a year ago, it was my very first time to report in front of a judge during my entire life. Rob was born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1968. Rob was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1994 after receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University’s College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a partner with the law firm of Flournoy, Morgan & Schnatmeier, LLP. From 1997 through 1999, Rob was an Assistant District Attorney in DeKalb County where he was a trial attorney prosecuting felonies in the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit. He began his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor General prosecuting misdemeanors in the State Court of Cobb County.

Rob is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association (past President of the organization), the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Cobb County Criminal Defense Section (past President of the organization), the Christian Lawyers Fellowship, the Christian Legal Society and is a founding member of the Marietta Lawyers Club. Rob also serves as an Associate Judge in the Municipal Court of Marietta.

In addition to the Georgia Bar, Rob has been admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court of Georgia.

Rob and his wife Allison live in Marietta, Georgia with their three children and they are actively involved with the First United Methodist Church of Marietta where Rob serves on the church council. Rob also serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children.

He helped us tremendously with speeding violations

Our son made a teenage mistake of driving too fast. Robert's advise to us was clear and comforting as to what needed to be done. He guided us through the remedial options, and succeeded in winning a very reasonable judgement. I highly recommend Robert and his firm.

HIGHLY Recommend

Our son had a legal issue. We already had an attorney but he could never be reached and we were running out of time before his court date. We decided to find another attorney. We took to the internet and, based on Rob’s incredible reviews, we gave him a call. Thank goodness we did. Worth the read

I don’t know where to begin, so many great things to speak about.. Mr. Schnatmeier went above and beyond, took time out of his day to talk me personally and answer any and all questions I had. It was a scary situation and all he had to say was “trust me” so I did. He got the job done, stayed realistic with me, and had my DUI charges reduced. His secretary ms.Brittany is great as well, both are very professional and kind. They care about their clients and make sure you have plenty of follow up appts set. When it comes to your future, don’t worry about the money, well worth every single dime.

Best attorney - Very dedicated

I can honestly say that Rob is a great person and lawyer. He handled a couple of cases for me including multiple DUI's, and he worked very hard over years to get me the BEST deal I could have asked for. Should have done no less than 90days to serve, should have lost my license for 2yrs, but with Rob on my case I served 3days and got my license back after 6mths Very easy to talk to and did not ever feel judged, Rob shows compassion and genuinely cares for his clients best interest. Lastly, he was also more than fair when it came to costs for his services, he had many many trips to different courts and countless hours on my case. Normal attorney's would have charged more by the time my case's were completed, but Rob did not I would recommend him to any of my family or friends and know Rob has a very large network and can handle any size case.

Supportive Timely Valuable Advice

Attorney Schnatmeier and Paralegal Brittani were so incredibly helpful with an issue from 2002 that arose from a recent Background Check from UBER. Each time I phoned Brittani was always very helpful by sharing info that empowered me to work through the issue. Attorney Schnatmeier retrieved documents from the Court in an effort to assist me in resolving the matter that dated back to 2002. Then he phoned me and shared further info that I could use to work through the issue. This office represented me back in 2002. The fact that they willingly assisted me by providing information and steps was priceless! I am so grateful for they're help! What an AMAZING TEAM!

Criminal Defense - Get Positive Results

I can say without hesitation, that Mr Schnatmeier was focused on giving my 18 year old grandson the best possible outcome before he even received a dime for his services. He laid out the plan in our initial, free consultation, listing what he would do, and what my grandson had to do. He worked tirelessly on the case and with his expertise in the law, was able to get parts of the felony charge dropped, plus, he got my grandson into the Pre-trial Diversion Program. Within 9 months, of the initial consultation, the felony charges were dismissed! He is worth every penny paid because my 19 year old grandson has a new lease on life!

Simple Battery Case

Mr Schnatmeier has to be the best, I was referred by one of my personal clients which she stated nothing but great things about him, not to mention he got her case dismissed. He’s super professional and I can he knows his stuff. I’ve dealt with previous attorneys he’s definitely not money hungry and will sell you a dream. Very Honest and Professional

I was dealing with some fairly minor charges that ended up causing a lot more stress than I imagined they would. As soon as I hired Rob, all the stress went away. Excellent lawyer especially for Cobb County

I had never had any negative legal trouble in my life (40's) until October of 2019. To say the least, I was totally overwhelmed and scared about how the process was going to unfold. The charge was a misdemeanor but still somewhat a somewhat traumatic scenario for me. My step dad located Mr. Schnatmeier through a friends recommendation and I am so thankful that he did. Mr. Schnatmeier took me through the process from beginning to end and helped to ensure that I did every single thing I could to receive the best outcome. Both he and Brittani were always available to answer questions and discuss my case. Mr. Schnatmeier has an excellent rapport with the prosecutors and judges in Cobb county which allows him to navigate the system in the most effective manner and best possible outcome for each case. I went from having panic attacks regularly about the whole experience in the beginning- to slowly being able to relax back into my normal life after hiring Mr. Schnatmeier. Once I knew he was representing the case and I was communicating with him- I felt like I was in good hands. If you do get into trouble, especially in Cobb County, don't end up standing in front of a judge with no professional legal representation. Trust me- you don't want that experience. When i did go into court for my case, Mr Schnatmeier was there with me and I was as calm and confident as anyone can possibly be in that situation. I was satisfied with the final results of my case.

Trustworthy, kind, dependable

I had never needed a lawyer before, and knew absolutely nothing about how to handle my case, who to hire, what to do, etc. A friend of my mom's recommended Mr. Schnatmeier, and I am so glad that she did. From beginning to end, Rob was so kind to me--he could tell that I was incredibly scared and nervous about my case in our very first meeting and he did everything he could to make me feel less anxious. He literally took care of everything--all I had to do was show up. Most importantly, he was able to get my charge reduced, which should have been nearly impossible. Additionally, his sweet paralegal Brittani was incredibly patient with me--I must have emailed her with a million questions throughout the process and she always answered every email quickly and kindly. I am unbelievably grateful to them both and cannot recommend Mr. Schnatmeier's services enough!!

Professional, Sharp, Connected & CARES!

I had a case which was a felony and I was scared. My spouse hired Robert Schnatmeier Jr. for me and I am so fortunate that he did! At first, I thought that Rob was "taking an easy way out" by getting me into a court program. Now I have discovered just how difficult it is to get a client into this program and how truly talented and connected that Rob is! Not only is the felony going away, the program has actually been a big help that I didn't realize that I could use! Mr. Schnatmeier represented me better than I could have ever imagined! I had a very scary and difficult situation involving both my personal and professional livings at risk, but he was very professional, responsive, and put the tasks required at ease. He also kept me informed throughout the process and it was all completed in just 1 year of time! Awesome Job....Thank you!

Good afternoon, I found myself stuck between a rock and a hard place. Luckily Mr. Rob was there to come to my rescue. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me great advice of how he though it should be handled. I liked how as long as I was willing to put up a fight, then he most definitely was too! He always went above and beyond, no matter how long it took and I liked that! I loved his personality. He also was very knowledgeable of his profession and stayed professional at all time. I cam honestly say that Mr Rob is truly a man of his word! Also, Let me not forget his paralegal Ms. Brittani who was sweet and always responded in an abrupt manner. Again, I thank the both of you!
