Outcome: NOT GUILTY

Description: My client was charged with DWI after being stopped by a trooper for speeding. The State presented evidence at trial that there was an open beer container in the car and that our client admitted to drinking. The trooper testified that the client blew .09 on the breath machine downtown. After I challenged every aspect of the State's case at trial, the Judge found the client not guilty because she had a reasonable doubt about his level of impairment.
