I developed a brain tumor at age 26, but Social Security denied my claim for Disability. Mr. Lutkenhaus worked with my doctors from Duke University and MCV and convinced the toughest Social Security Judge in Richmond, Virginia that I was disabled.

I injured by right knee while working at Richmond Memorial Hospital in Mechanicsville, Virginia. I am a registered nurse but I was unable to continue my profession due to may right knee injury. I contacted Mr. Lutkenhaus and he and his assistant Rose took my case. I was able to get compensation for my injury and finally a great settlement. I wish there were more lawyers like him around.

My husband died in a motor vehicle accident at work in Midlothian, Virginia. The insurance company denied the claim saying it was an unexplainable accident.
