My daughter was going through a nasty divorce and needed some strong, almost fatherly, legal advice and representation. Thomas was highly recommended to us by another lawyer and we were completely satisfied with the results. He was responsive, highly capable and I felt very honorable and professional. My daughter and I would certainly recommend him to another. And we felt his rates were reasonable.

Thomas Mulinazzi and his staff worked for me on my divorce case for about 18 months and, throughout this time, he and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. His focus was on understanding my concerns and creating the best solution for our children. Thomas kept me updated whenever anything occurred and answered my questions (including evenings and weekends) and, most importantly for me, always promptly responded to the many changes that we went through. It was a difficult Case and he explained very clearly my choices and possible outcomes along the way. Most of all, because of his knowlege of this process - especially with difficult Cases - and the good working relationships he has with the Clerks and Officers of the Court, he was very confident and helped keep me calm during the most stressful times.

Finding an attorney is not as easy as shopping for a car! Sure the choices seem endless and the options are great, but just like finding the car that's just right for you, finding an attorney that suits your needs can be similarly challenging. To prepare for this transition from marriage, I spoke to various attorneys. Some seemed to be super smart, others less personable, and a few who just didn't suit my collaborative style. Mr. Mulinazzi is the premium package! He not only took the time to THOROUGHLY explain how the process of divorce works, but he even drew diagrams and sent me home with handouts to make things clear. If this wasn't remarkable enough, his calming presence and supportive guidance as I shared some of the most difficult things really stood out for me. When you're going through difficult times, it is a comfort to know that your future has an advocate who knows the law, knows the process, and recognizes the balance of being sensitive while ensuring his client is aware of the benefits/pitfalls of the many decisions that must be made. He always follows up with me and makes sure that I take full benefit of his services--- questions are answered immediately, options for discussing issues are provided and, even when I needed things reviewed, he even took time out of his schedule to sit with me to be sure I understood what was happening. His office space is warm and inviting (little things that often go unnoticed, but is huge for helping me stay calm and focused). Mr. Mulinazzi's practice provides all these things and more. Additionally, he's shared readings with me to help with co-parenting (ex. communication during weather emergencies). Who does that?!? Thomas Mulinazzi does and that's why I highly recommend him without reservation.

Working with Thomas Mulinazzai during a difficult separation and divorce was a blessing. He was the voice of reason during the entire process and was able to keep me well grounded and informed as to what options were open to me. With his guidance I was able to make informed, sound decisions during a very trying time.

Mr. Mulinazzi helped me with my separation and divorce. He prepared my Separation and Settlement Agreement. He and staff promptly responded to e-mails, questions, and changes I wanted in the Agreement. His fees were very fair and the total cost ended up being less than what he told me upfront that I should expect to pay. There were no hidden fees or extra hours charged. Overall a very good experience. I would certainly use him again for other legal matters.

I am going through a messy divorce and Thomas handled some very sticky issues with skill and finesse. I feel very comfortable working with him and felt he handled everything ethically and professionally. He didn't let the opposing lawyer get away with anything, yet was diplomatic and professional about it.
