I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Lafferty's website indicates that he has a high level of experience in personal injury and workers' compensation claims. Additionally, unlike many lawyers who may be afraid to walk inside a court room, Attorney Lafferty is very knowledgable in trial tactics and procedures. He teaches trial advocacy at Widener University School of Law. When a defendant decides whether to settle a case, one of the most important factors that he would consider is the plaintiff's attorney's competence in the courtroom. Attorney Lafferty's strong credentials in this area make him an attorney to be feared. This is the type of reputation that enables him to obtain excellent settlement results for his clients. His website shows that he has obtained six-figure recoveries - both at a verdict in trial, and also in settlement. If you have been injured - whether in a vehicular accident or at the workplace - one of your first calls should be to Attorney Lafferty.
