Biography
A founding partner at Milam & Milam, LLC, Mr. MIlam graduated from Liberty University, with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law. Mr. Milam was a member of the Debate Team, which won the national championship in 1995, and he participated in the National Debate Tournament.
Mr. Milam attended Samford University, Cumberland School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1999. Also, during his time at law school, Mr. Milam was a Legal Research & Writing Teaching Fellow, winner of the trial competition, and became the Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review.
Prior to founding Milam & Milam, LLC, Mr. Milam was a Partner for a prominent full service law firm in Mobile, Alabama. And prior to that was an associate with a civil litigation law firm in Birmingham, Alabama.
Mr. Milam has received several mult-million dollar awards and judgments for his clients, and specializes in the complex area of condominium law.
Mr. Milam was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and all of the United States District Courts of Alabama beginning in 1999. He was also admitted to the Florida State Bar in 2004. He is a member of the Baldwin County, Alabama Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Florida State Bar, and American Bar Association.
Mr. Milam practices with his wife Shelley Milam. They reside in Fairhope, Alabama.
