Some time ago I was accused of shoplifting at Home Depot. Police came to my house and arrested me saying they had video of me shoplifting a welder. I contacted Scott and he was behind me all the way. I told him I had never been to the Home Depot and that it was not me. Finally after a year the DA came up with the video and it CLEARLY was not me. DA offered to dismiss after 6 months if I stayed out of trouble, I declined and asked that they dismiss the case altogether Scott spoke to the DA and got the case dismissed.

Absolutely without a doubt Scott E. Gross is the Attorney you want to hire to represent you. First impressions are very important to me. Scott has the patience of a saint. I called him and explained what the situation was and with no hesitation at all he said "don't worry I can help." I had his undivided attention when I met with him at his Garden City office. I wasn't rushed out, I wasn't just yessed to death. He listened, he explained the process & he answered all my questions, told me what needed to be done. He put my mind at ease. I left his office knowing that everything was going to be fine because I hired the best attorney Scott E. Gross. Thank you Scott Gross.

Simply the best attorney. I was charge with a serious white collar crime. Scott took the time to speak with me, go through my options, and get me the best available outcome. I saw attorneys who were asking for 100K retainers. They didn't care. Scott does.

Scott's work ethic, intelligence, patience and clear headed thinking are unparalleled. He is aggressive - successfully representing his clients without being a jerk like so many other lawyers. Scott is not only responsive 24/7 but he truly cares. My case is not easy and honestly, I would probably be a high maintenance client anyway. Scott listens to my concerns and cuts through the BS and keeps himself and me focused on what truly is truly relevant to the success of my case.
We met for the first time at 9:30 pm, just 12 hours before I had to be in court. I owe him everything for the success of that first a court date especially given the very short lead time. Beyond my gratitude about his success that day, I truly appreciate the way he managed my expectations going in to it. He got me what I wanted but I know if I hadn't, he would have made it happen at another date. As someone who is also in the client service business, managing expectations is a hard part of the job and ultimately the mark of a true professional. The last six months have been infinitely easier knowing I had Scott and his team on my side.

After working in the field of law for over 12 years as a paralegal, I retained Scott Gross as counsel to represent me in a very bitter ongoing custody dispute with my ex concerning my daughter. Not only did Scott fight for my rights, but he has got to be one of the most loyal, and caring attorneys, I have ever witnessed. I had an uphill battle at the start of my case but with my drive to fight for the best interest of my child, and with Scott's expertise by my side, I can gladly say that I couldn't have done it without him. Not only is he a great lawyer all around, but his loyalty was one that I admire and respect the most. He would tell me the truth about anything (even if it was something I did not want to hear) and would lay out all possible outcomes to every situation that could arise during my case. He was not one of the typical "shark" attorneys who tell you what you want to hear, just to get billable time and money in their pocket. His expertise is one that I praise, and I can gladly walk into court proudly stating that I am represented by Scott Gross, Esq. I now have custody back of my daughter and I couldn't have done it without him. Though my dispute is still ongoing, he makes himself readily available to me if I ever need him. He stops at nothing to make sure that the law is accurately applied to the situation at hand. Scott, I thank you for bringing me back my child and I know that I can count on you when any situation should ever arise during this battle. I have the upmost respect for you as an attorney and will highly recommend you to anyone the needs proper and, most of all, loyal representation.

Unfortunately, I have found myself needing the services of a criminal lawyer. If you are in need of a criminal lawyer, no one needs to tell you the gravity of the situation. This is not something to let just anyone take a stab at. You need to make sure you get the best criminal lawyer possible. Mr. Scott Gross is the best. He does not back down from a fight. He is not easily intimidated by an opposing lawyer. Mr. Gross is relentless and stops at nothing, going the extra mile for me, willing to put in the time it takes to get the job done, fighting for me and digging/researching until he finds the answers he needs to win. Mr. Gross is always available for me, unlike many lawyers whom seem impossible to reach. And he sincerely cares about my well-being.

I am 42 years of age and have been using attorneys for various legal matters for over 20 years. I have not been this satisfied with the services of an attorney in a long time. Scott is extremely knowledgable and good at what he does. He is always able to be reached (very rare with attorneys). He always has an immediate answer for any question I have. He is easy to talk to and always has a great strategy plan for me up his sleeve. I'm telling you this is the attorney to call. If you call someone else then "good luck".

My divorce proceedings and child support battles were a complete failure with my prior attorney. It was almost as in my old lawyer was playing for the other team. That was until I retained Scott. He reviewed my case and got me the most relief (which if your a divorced man in the state on NY, you know is an uphill, if not impossible battle). I am so confident in Scott's abilities that, he will be my "hired gun", with any of my personal or corporate legal matters now and in the future.

Scott was consistently organized, knowledgeable and assertive in presenting my case. He always promptly returned my calls and was able to answer my questions and calm my fears. He's an extremely friendly and amiable person and yet represented me in court with vigor, tenacity and good judgment.
