I cannot say enough good about the counsel and experience of Mr. Foote. My case was sure loser in any other attorneys hands. However, Mr. Foote, through his experience and exceptional knowledge of DUI law, was able to negotiate a career saving plea. My personal advice, if your career is on the line, Mr Foote is the ONLY attorney to whom you should trust such responsibility.

Wayne Foote is an honest and hard working lawyer. He is not out there to take your money, he will tell you if he thinks he can get you out of the charge or if he cant. I went to him twice(2 oui). The first time he reviewed everything and told me straight up that he would not be able to get me out of it but the second time he told me he could. He is a great guy that works very hard for his clients, you definetly get your money worth and when anyone ever tells me they just got an OUI, I always tell them go talk to Wayne Foote.

I was charged with DUI some time ago and I believed that the tests administered were inaccurate. I had consumed 4 drinks in a 5 hour period. At my weight, I was quite certain that I was not intoxicated. I spoke to two other attorneys prior to speaking with Wayne and both used the word plea with me in the first 5 minutes. I have a professional position and could ill afford the consequences of a DUI. Wayne is very thourough. He asked me very detailed questions about the entire evening and he was especially precise in his questions regarding what happened after I was stopped and how the field and breath tests were administered. I believe that his knowledge and experience allowed him to identify several inconsistencies with the police dept procedures in my case. Wayne created a very detailed account of the location of my stop, including pictures and diagrams of the area. Wayne also asked specific questions regarding my food intake on the day I was stopped and if I take any medication. As it turned out, I was using a medication that delays gastric emptying, which could have lead to an inaccurate breath test. After completing his detailed investigation, Wayne filed a motion to have my case dismissed and it was eventually. If you believe that you were stopped inappropriately or that there are circumstances that may have adversly altered the results of DUI testing, I would strongly urge you to speak with Wayne. Don't just pick any lawyer. This is his specialty, he knows the law and he will look at every possible option to produce a positive outcome.

When I was charged with an OUI in the spring of 2010, Wayne Foote was recommended to me by another attorney in the state of Maine. I was told that when it came to OUI defense, he was "The Guru". That title proved if anything to be an understatement. From the initial phone conversation we had through to the trial date, my experience being represented by Mr. Foote was beyond my highest expectations. He gathered an impressive amount of information surrounding the case, gathering details that later proved to be crucial during the trial. The entire process, from the time I first contacted him until the date of the trial, took approximately six months. Throughout that time I was kept informed of every detail surrounding the progress of the case, and he always responded to phone calls or emails within 24 hours, if not immediately.

It wasn't until the actual trial date that I realized how truly impressive Wayne Foote is at what he does. He expertly questioned the arresting officer on every single detail of the case. Both his knowledge and his skill with words were incredible, far above that of officer and the opposing attorney. I could not have imagined being better represented; I felt he expertly handled every aspect of the trial.

Perhaps the best testimony to Wayne Foote's skill is that fact that I was found innocent. As I told him after the trial, however, but before the judge had given a verdict, is that regardless of the outcome I felt very well represented. And that to me is an even better compliment.

I had the opportunity to see other trials take place that day in the courtroom, and I truly believe that had I been represented by a different attorney, I would have lost the case.

I would recommend Wayne Foote without any reservation to anyone who is being faced with an OUI charge. I am confident that one could not be better represented by any other attorney. He is a true expert in his field, and he is masterful in the courtroom.

WOW! That says it in a nutshell. Mr. Foote is professional in his interaction with his clients. His knowledge of the judicial process and his respect for his clients is evident in all his work. He is not only superb in working for his clients but he is extremely responsive to any and all questions posed. He kept me informed of every step of the process, often responding to emailed questions within minutes, even on holidays and weekends. I hope I never require his services in the future, but if I ever did, there would be no questions as to who I would use! As for cost, based on the amount of time and energy he spent on my case, I feel the price was more than reasonable.There is not enough time or space to say all the positive things about Mr. Foote.
