Terrible experience overall. False promises and lack of communication left us in the dark with tons of unanswered questions. Always said everything was in the contract but when asked actual questions we never got real answers. If she knew we didn’t have a chance at winning why take on the case? She knew what we were up against and still advised to go through with the bankruptcy just for it to be dismissed and charge us the full amount for 5 years of services we didn’t rcv. Horrible experience especially when you’re trusting someone to give great sound advice in a field you know nothing about.

We hired her for a home study, she ignored the evidence we provided, gave the other party extra witnesses, and did such a poor job that our own attorneys had to discredit her based on facts she had in front of her but ignored. Wouldn’t recommend someone this lazy for any purpose.

Is a good lawyer, but he had a poor attention! we wish he put more attention, we only sow him a few times less than 3-4, we always spoke with him paralegals, to they really need more good people and prepare! every time they change and is start over or lost documents or don’t remember our case. he never have chance to spoke with us or respond our questions. always with other persons to they never allowed us to talk with him. we hire him for a reason, on our interview was called to attention by the migration officer cause he was asking a question by another officer and my officer was calling him to lets the room for the interview and he was ignoring her so she get mad and tell him if he don’t come he will be out of the room. Him feeds are so high by the poor attention to he offers. The last thing was really sad, he even had the descent to give us the mail with my new status and telling us congratulations and thanks for hiring my services and Eason Law Team!

During Covid, I paid Vincent Davis Law Firm $25,000 to represent me in a custody case for my step Great granddaughter. She was in the DCFS system of California after her parents fled there once they continued to have problems in Arizona with drugs and not taking responsibility for their child. My great granddaughter lived with me for most of her two years because DCS in Arizona placed her with me. My grandson worked to regain custody of her which they did. I supported them all along the way, but then a few months later, they fell off the wagon again and fled to California. That’s how she ended up in California DCFS system. I was rushed to send attorney Vincent Davis a cashiers check of $25,000 and they would represent me. I had difficult communications with them, but when we finally connected, and I completed the task that they asked me to do, they said that they would file some petitions in court for me and I would be hearing from them. About five minutes before my scheduled court date I got a phone call from them. I was told that I have court in five minutes and for me to be put on hold. When they came back, they were talking to the judge. They said about three sentences on my behalf, which barely explained the situation to the court. I was never allowed to say one word. The court denied their petitions. Vincent Davis said we will be appealing and I never heard from them again . Then occasionally I would get a phone call from them thinking I was some other client so they didn’t even have my record straight. My guess is that a legal aid could’ve done about five hours worth of work on my behalf for $25,000 to no end.
