Great communicator, patient, and steadfast! Highly recommended

I wiuld highly reccomend this company.

I began a Worker's Comp case due to an injury I sustained at work. I thought I could handle the case on my own but realized fairly quickly that I was in over my head and needed representation. A friend recommended A.G. Linett & Associates. Mr. Eliu Mendez represented me and was ably assisted by his paralegal Mr. Abdon. They took the time to explain the whole process and stayed in contact with me on a regular basis. I felt like I was in very capable hands, which was a great relief to me during this lengthy process. With the help of Mr. Mendez, we were able to reach an equable settlement with my company. A settlement that I would never have been able to negotiate on my own. I would highly recommend this company in general, and Mr. Mendez specifically. I was very pleased with every aspect of their handling of my case.

Struggles with Workers Comp

Eli Mendez helped me after I spent over a year frustrated with workers compensation. I was injured and followed all directions by my employer but WC kept making me jump through hoops to have appointments. Surgery and therapies covered. I have now received a disability payment and am waiting for medical bill reimbursement. He was the third Attorney I contacted and he handled everything for me.
