I was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. I was driving home around 2:15 AM from visiting some friends on Westheimer when around the corner I was T-boned from this car that ran a red light. When the police arrived the driver lied and said I ran the red light. Next thing, instead of being treated ...with respect the police officer starts interogating me about how much alcohol I had been drinking and starts directing me to perform some sobriety tests. About 20 minutes later I was arrested for a DWI. I was referred to lawyer Michael Pham from a co-worker that was a former client and had nothing but praise about him. I interviewed Michael and really felt comfortable about his qualifications to handling all of the intricacies about the legal and scientific aspects of my blood case. During the whole process which lasted about 6 months, Michael always answered all of my questions that I had concerning my case and even educated me about the case so that I could explain it to my spouse. In the end, Michael was able to find some issues with the blood testing with a "Corrective Action Report" that clearly proved that there was no way my 2 beers could have been a .14 blood alcohol. The case was finally dismissed. I want to recommend hiring Michael Pham for a DWI case because he is a professional lawyer that cared about me as a person, highly competent, and always accessible by phone.

At first he may seem very intelligent and diligent with his work. He was late to every single court appearance by 10-20 minutes after name call, we had to do continuations for about 5 months just to finish the case, a few times he would literally leave the court room just to answer calls. He faile...d to do anything about my ALR hearing, did not even mention my license being suspended while i had no idea. One time i set a meeting only to wait an hour for him to tell me he forgot and meant on another day. Every time i did meet with him he had piles of folders with cases he was dealing with, i feel like i wasted money on him and would have gotten nearly the same deal with a public defender.

I want to highly recommend Mr. Pham as the lawyer for any of your criminal problems. I was arrested for an undercover sting prostitution case when I answered a Craigslist ad for massage services. When I got arrested, my whole world turned upside down. I desperately needed an aggressive attorney to cl...ear my name and save my marriage. Michael explained to me how the police set up these undercover operations to entrap and arrest people. He told me what steps we were going to take to fight the case and get the result that I wanted. After 4 months of going to court, I finally got my case dismissed. I want for people to know that if you truly need a lawyer that cares about you and will fight for you, Michael Pham is the man.

He didnt do anything. Always late. He didnt fight on my behalf and wont go to trial. He was working against me. Never seen a lawyer like this. I end up fired him and ask for my money back. He wouldnt. I got another lawyer and say michael pham already got me a plead deal which i didnt know about.... The plea deal is 3 year in prison. My first ever got arrested for thef. It should be probation. Dont ever get this clown to represent you.

Michael Pham was a horrible choice for defending my first and only dwi...I waisted time and money hiring him. He takes on so many cases at once that its hard to believe he can focus any energy on a simple first time dwi case. I believe he only gives full effort into high criminal cases. I paid him $3...000 to only extend the period of time to keep me outta jail...at the end of it all I spent $3000 on him and spent 30 days in Harris county jail and now have to pay the state of texas an extra $3120 for a dwi that will always be on my record...this attorney did absolutely nothing to help me and I would have been better off with a court appointed attorney...do yourself a favor and NEVER HIRE THIS ATTORNEY IN REGARDS TO A DWI...ESPECIALLY A FIRST OFFENSE!!!
