I hired Michael Pham for an Assault Family Member case were I was accused of punching an ex girlfriend in the face while driving home from a party. Michael said it was very important to subpoena the 911 call. It took about 4 months to get the 911 call, but the wait was well worth it as showed how... intoxicated my ex was on alcohol and Xanax. I told Michael that I was defending myself and never hit her. The prosecutor offered me 1 year probation deferred. I learned that after completing the probation the record would still follow me the rest of my life. I said hell no and let's go to trial. On the morning of trial the prosecutor even offered me to take an anger management class that is 4 1/2 months long and then dismiss my case. Michael said that he was confident that I would win my case. I believed in his aggressive legal passion in defending me and said no plea and let's go to trial. The prosecutor later dismissed the case knowing that we were not going to back down from the trial. I learned that the prosecutor was only bluffing. The lesson I learned is to hire a lawyer that is willing to fight for you and go to a jury trial and won't back down. For those reasons, I would recommend Michael Pham.

Michael Pham did a great job representing me on an Assault Case. I was at a nightclub with a few friends, and I later got charged for trying to break up a fight my friend got into. I hired Michael Pham on an Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon case. The case was essentially a self defense case that got me arrested.
