Michael H Pham

I got arrested unjustly for a prostitution case at a video store. At a video aisle a heavy set man approached me and was harassing me in spanish. I dont know much spanish and was having a hard time hearing and understanding the guy. To sum it up the person was an undercover police officer and accused... me of prostitution. I was humiliated and had to sleep in the county jail. After I bonded out of jail, I interviewed a couple of lawyers. I later interviewed Michael Pham and found out pretty much about the law on prostitution and the legal proceedings. I was confident I made the right decision to hire Mr. Pham. When we went to court, Michael Pham requested for the police report and audio recording of the undercover investigation. The voice on the recording was mostly the police officer doing all of the talking. I couldnt believe that the prosecutor still wouldnt dismiss my case. Michael Pham said lets set the case for trial and let the whole truth come out and I agreed. On the morning of trial day, the prosecutor DISMISSED my case. I am very thankful and grateful to have Michael Pham as my lawyer.
