I was lucky enough to have been referred to Taras and Tina by a good-guy used car dealer who wants to smudge the bad reputation which precedes used-car dealerships. I purchased the vehicle on the first week of October, and called Rudnitsky Law the next day. I was told that the process could be lengthy, but after diligent litigation and very hard work, Taras managed to reach a great settlement before December! A VERY large relief was raised off my shoulders, and I was lucky enough to get my money back and then some! I went to get new carpet and salesman gave me a contract for an estimate. From the beginning all promised failed from the business part. After coming to measure the floors the salesperson told me the fees went up about 60% more of what it was agreed. I asked the salesman to cancel contract since then... what I received was not a good faith estimate but the business refused and the owner had the odassity to demand I pay the rest of the bill. I had paid upon agreement $1500. I attempted to get my deposit back since the business has not given or provided anything to me. I started checking the google, yelp reviews and court records and the more I was digging I realized I was dealing with a very dishonest businness and business owner. I went to see several lawyers but they all thought $1500 was not worth to fight. Then I found out through the BBB their membership with them was suspended due to complaints. I found Taras and explained the situation to him. He took my case and from the beginning he worked not hard but "extremely hard" to get my deposit back. He fought it agressively more so because this bad business owner in Central Florida and his lawyer (the same one defending this dishonet practice) had no fear of fighting since they were so used to it. In addition, the business had filed for bankruptcy and this was not the first time. Taras went to all the hearings and kept me informed of all the details of the process. He is a good example of attorney and did not take this case for the money but for the desire to make justice. He is indeed a unique attorney and his wife who helps him is also a compassionate and wonderful human being. If you feel scammed by a business get a hold of Taras Rudnitsky. He does fight for the consumers! He was able to get my deposit back even though he got very little to nothing for his services. I will always be grateful I had him on my side!
