On Thursday Aug. 18th I was served papers for a civil action summons in Martin County, FL. Needless to say, being sued is scary business! I am divorced, raising two sons, had lost my job, am on unemployment and job hunting to no avail, so I was greatly overwhelmed. The lawsuit was from Florida Cred...it Solutions, LLC vs. me. This was my first experience in this type situation and I knew in my heart and soul that I was in the very best hands. From his knowledge I learned what to do in the future to avoid the aggravation and hassle of debt collectors.......priceless.
