I was dealing with a very stressful legal situation concerning a creditor. I was very nervous about finding an attorney who would be able to help me. Mr Taras & Mrs Tina are the best team to work on your debt collection defense! They kept me informed on the progress of my case and got the plaintiff to agree to a settlement and I don't have to pay the debt collector anything! I was terrified of a judgment against me and how it would effect my fam...ily. But Mr Taras explained the different options I had and the different outcomes. He was quick to respond to the suit that was filed against me and within 10 days of retaining him, he got a signed settlement agreement. I couldn't be happier with how this worked out. I was served a court summons for a debt collection from CACH LLC, that had been hugely inflated. After doing some research and reading nothing but great and positive reviews, I decided to give Mr. Taras Rudnitsky a call. It was by far the absolute best decision I could have possible made!! In our ...initial phone call, Taras explained everything to me in detail, answered every question I had, and when I ended the call I felt very confident that I had contacted the right man. From that point on, Taras and his wife Tina kept me very well informed, they contacted me every time there was progression in my case, and responded in a very timely manner whenever I contacted them. The biggest surprise came when I received a call from Taras less than a week after meeting with him, and being told that the collection agency had dismissed my case!! Furthermore, the collections agency had agreed to not sell my debt to another collector and would remove all negative reports from my credit report. I did not have to pay the collection lawyer or the agency anything!! You will not find a more knowledgeable, patient and thorough lawyer than Mr. Rudnitsky.

Let me start by saying: if you have a debt collection situation (in my case with CACH LLC). LOOK NO LONGER. All communication from his office was accur...ate, timely and professional. With a partner and spouse like Tina to follow up - actually his office basically did all the calling and emailing. They kept me informed every step of the way.
