I saw this Lady for a case. She booked 2 people same day and same time . We both walked in same time. She hurried me through, then told me she will charge 10k but will collect 4k as down-payment. I gave her my credit card, she charged 5k instead and did not give me a receipt. I immediately check...ed my card at home and discovered she took 5k. This makes me think twice and partly culminated in my telling her I do not want to proceed and wants my money back 3 days later. I opted to have her withdraw the case as part of the 2 options she gave. She did not mentioned anything about my refund. I contacted her again, and then again. She then told me my down-payment is nonrefundable. I asked for at least given me the extra 1k she took from my card, she said I don't remember saying 4k,...let me check...but did not get back to me. I contacted her again but she always try to divert conversation. She said I can only use the down-payment towards the case if I decide to proceed in the future. I asked for any signed document confirming such agreement since she never told me that payment is non -refundable. She is not sending me any document and our online conversation had miraculously disappeared. I can not even retrieve initial fillings and communications. I have contacted other attorneys and have been advised this is utterly wrong and unethical and I need to file complaint against her with the State. My 5k had gone after spending less than 30min with her. She has deep eye for your money .. be aware, you are warned.

I have never in my life had someone so understanding, insightful and amiable in my entire existence up until I met Mrs. Ratliff. She made the most intense situation turn into something peaceful and calm. Her pure nature and heartful soul was the best, she never put me on the back burner not one time ...yall. I never had to go through a paralegal or an assistant of Tami's, she directly available for me to go to at all times. I got first hand Tami experience and man was it stunning..I was able to get weekly updates on my case or as something new came of my case or vice versa if I needed to let her know something new on my case I was able to just simply send a text and get a reply within 24 hrs which I thought was amazing for an attorney! It was appreciated from the very bottom of my heart sincerely. This woman is astonishing, wait wait even better, she worked out on a spread sheet system she had a payment plan thing she had in which I never got to see or have as an option with a lawyer before because all lawyers just want tons and I mean tons of money up front and for this case I have that she is working would have been well over $10K. Heaven sent, God sent! She was meant for me and my son. I felt right at home. Organization was top tier out of this world. Payment plans, unbeatable customer service, free consult directly with her. The amount of weight she carries is insane but somehow manages it extremely well! She just never stops working, I don't know how she can do it but it does it and it is absolutely phenomenal.
