I have never in my life had someone so understanding, insightful and amiable in my entire existence up until I met Mrs. Ratliff. She made the most intense situation turn into something peaceful and calm. Her pure nature and heartful soul was the best, she never put me on the back burner not one time ...yall. I never had to go through a paralegal or an assistant of Tami's, she directly available for me to go to at all times.
