I hired Tami Ratliff for a child custody case. (In 2009) Visited with her assistant once and her on the 2nd visit. Throughout my case, I appreciated Tami and her staff's compassion. I did not feel like I was an inconvenience or that my case didn't matter to them. Tami was able to confidently answer all of my questions. Will definitely use her again if needed.

Good lawyer but needs better support staff and smaller case load.
My only concern with Mrs. Ratliff was the inability to give full attention to my questions and concerns. It seemed that she had too many other things on her mind than my case. Eventhough the overall out come of my case was favorable; her lack of customer support earns her an average rating.
