Biography
I am a third-generation member of the State Bar of California. My grandfather practiced workers' compensation before being appointed as the Honorable Presiding judge of the Van Nuys Superior Court. My father and uncle both practifce workers' compensation. They each work for their own firms.
I've been honored to represent thousands of injured workers and work to get them all rights' they are entitled to, from proper medical treatment, temporary disability and settlements that reflect the residual impairment that their workplace injury has caused them.
I understand that a workplace injury may impact an individual's current financial situation, including their ability to contrbute to household needs. Accordingly, I treat my clients like the people they are and try to effectuate a gameplane that affords my client the medical treatment they deserve and an equitable settlement, advising on matters such as timetables, likelihood of success and the opportunity to explore another career a workers' compensation job voucher.
As your attorney, I will use my skills, experience and expertise to provide my best recommendations. However, you are the driver of the claim and I will always use my best efforts to fight for whatever you path you desire within the workers' compensation system. Over my years of representing thousands of injured workers, it is unusual for my client and I to have a fundamental disagreement regarding the handling of a claim.

We handle injuries considered repetitive traumas, such as typing or years of loading and unloading trucks, as well as specific injuries like a fall or crushed hand. We also handle internal, psychiatric and neurological injuries such as strokes and heart attacks from stress at work, and represent family members of deceased individuals whose death was hastened or caused by their employment.
Under current legislation, injured workers face an uphill battle and I am here to help them win the war.
