Definitely Recommend!!! Nadia took a complicated case that was almost impossible to work with due to the harassment of Chula Vista immigration office (of course not all of them, some of the officers were fair and professional), incompetent work of a previous lawyer, as well as our own mistakes. The... biggest mistake was believing that immigration process will be fair, impersonal, and professional. NOT THE CASE with Chula Vista. The Director of Investigation got into an almost 3 years long nasty personal vendetta against my husband after he had been harassed, refused to send me away, blacked out with anger and told her to f*** off in front of her subordinates. Anyways, Nadia has worked on a case meticulously, built a strong defense strategy, was very attentive to details, - in a month we received a notice that their previous decision was "a mistake". She has been with us for the whole duration of these three year long period - she advised us in each step of this process, supported in every emotional breakdown we had, overlooked each step they made, constantly checked the progress, even secured an assistance of the congressman's office, and contacted military liaison's and ombudsman offices on our behalf. She was above and beyond of what our previous lawyer was doing. The result was way more than we expected not only the denial and removal proceedings were dismissed, green card AND citizenship were granted. Nadia is a very knowledgable well-rounded professional, she is very protective of her clients, she is a strategic and smart fighter. She is very detail-oriented, organized, and well-prepared, 100% involved in each stage of your case. She is very personal and open, easily available for contact. Be open with her, don't lie. She takes each case as her own with passion and a sincere wish to help. We did shop around, and in our expereince Nadia was the most affordable knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. It's not all about money for her. You know exactly what is your cost right at the beginning of the process. (A close friend of us had a simpler case with a different lawyer at approximately the same initial price - at the end the price was over 4X more, our cost stayed the same as on the day of the agreement). She is very honest and straight-forward. The pricing is more than moderate. But You Have To Pay At The Time Of The Agreement (NO "I'll pay you later..." stuff). She is very strict on that. To top it up Nadia came highly recommended by two different people, as well as by a law office that met her (as an opponent) frequently in the courtroom. Later on it turned out that she also helped another friend of us and his wife to obtain citizenship. So, definitely recommend, carry a business card in a wallet, and totally trust with all my legal needs.
