In 2016, I applied with the USCIS to sponsor my daughter, who was living in Thailand, to acquire an immigrant visa/green card for her and her daughter. The process was very complicated and over the years, I would submit all of the forms that were requested; then I would wait for months, before see...ing more requests for various pieces of information. At times, the USCIS was not very clear in what they were requesting and this caused what seemed like countless delays. Finally, after many roadblocks and frustrations with the process, I contacted the Law Offices of Tammy Sumontha in September of 2022. After our initial consultation, I hired Tammy to help me with my daughter’s Legal Permanent Residency (“Green Card”) and immediately, Tammy and her staff took control and set the process in motion!
