I hired Molly to negotiate an agreement to extricate a squatting tenant in a condo that I own that is under contract to be sold. The tenant decided to hire an attorney to fight our 60 day notice and was successful because my property manager committed some technical errors in serving the document. D...espite the fact my tenant's attorney is well-known for his delay tactics, Molly was able to keep moving in the right direction and successfully negotiated a settlement and essentially painted this attorney (and his client) into a corner, where if she didn't vacate as promised, she'd be evicted shortly thereafter. The tenant did leave on her own on the final day she was allowed to stay. Molly gave me good advice, was prompt, professional and did what she said she would.
