Molly Kathryn Zurflueh

Ms. Zurflueh graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science from the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas. Ms. Zurflueh graduated Cum Laude from Whittier Law School in Orange County, California in 1999. While in Law School, Ms. Zurflueh was an Editor of the Whittler Law Review and a member of Moot Court Honors Board, where she regularly participated in national competitions. She received several honors including The American Jurisprudence Award in Real Estate, among other subjects. She was selected for an internship with The United States Army JAG Corps where she worked for the Armed Forces Board of Contract Appeals.  

Ms. Zurflueh has considerable political consulting and government service experience. She served as a Schedule C political appointee under President George W. Bush and has worked for the National Republican Committee as a consultant. In addition, Ms. Zurflueh worked for the State Department and the Department of Housing and Urban Development where she focused on Fair Housing. Ms. Zurflueh was a member of 2004 Sea Island Summit (G8) staff and served as White House staff in connection with the US-EU Summit in Ireland and the Special Summit of the Americas in Monterey, Mexico.

Ms. Zurflueh has extensive experience in Real Estate, Contracts, Business Organizations and Estate Planning, among other areas of practice. Previously, Ms. Zurflueh was an associate with two notable Orange County law firms where she litigated and tried cases involving business disputes, real estate disputes and general civil litigation. She also appeared before local governmental entities in connection with land use and zoning matters.

Since returning to private practice, Ms. Zurflueh particularly enjoys servicing the legal needs of individuals and small and medium-size businesses that are seeking cost-effective, business-oriented and experienced counsel.
