also known as Michelle Seanez
I practice entertainment and transactional, as well as business formtation and organization. I represent a number of writers and producers; most recently I was retained to act as production counsel for a low-budget feature film which has since been released and is now being sold worldwide on DVD and online.
I act as General Counsel for a number of companies overseeing all of their business and legal affairs, including intellectual property protection, enforcement, and licensing, acquisitions, and distribution. I occaisionally handle business litigation, uncontested marital dissolutions, and draft pre/post nuptial agreements. From time to time I represent individuals in connection with crimial defense matters such as DUI.
I also provide pro bono representation for military veterans through the The Center for Veterans Advancement and LA County Bar Association and offer discounted rates for both active and retired military.
