In July of 2016 I began negotiations for the sale of my company. My M & A advisor referred me to David for legal advice, contract review, etc. With David's guidance & thorough understanding of my specific circumstances the deal successfully closed in April of 2017. In February of 2018 I sold my commercial properties to the same company. Once again David provided the legal expertise to complete the transaction. Knowledgeable and Experienced

I've worked with David many times over the past decade. He is extremely clever, quick witted, and gives clear, sound advice. He's offered consultation in several business ventures that proved to be quite valuable. Excellent service on multiple occasions

Excellent attorney!

I've worked with David King on two separate matters, one to set up my corporation 5 years ago and the other to review some important legal documents before final signing 2 years ago. I felt he gave my relatively small jobs the consideration and attention he would have given a much larger client, and he was always responsive and easy to get hold of for all of my questions. I've already recommended David to several of my friends and associates, and they have all had the same positive experiences and high regard for his skills and ethics that I have.
