Yesterday I received my u.s passport all thanks to mary bluma. With no hope in sight in 2013 and everyone giving me a cold shoulder I met mary. Mary Bluma gave us realistic expectations on time line and cost for my wife's paperwork. She was clear and concise with all questions and concerns.
