Randall Robert Edgar

My name is Randall Edgar.  I have 15 years of litigation experience in the areas of foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, collections, credit, personal injury, traffic, criminal law, personal injury and immigation.  I am an agressive, hard-working attorney who seeks to obtain the best results possible for my valued clients. 

I was born in Chicago and grew up in Orland Park, Illinois. I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I graduated with a double major in English and Political Science. I was a member of Acacia Fraternity and was recognized with multiple awards for exhibiting excellence and outstanding writing in English. I attended Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois where I graduated in the top quarter of his class with an emphasis in business law. In law school, I received two CALI awards for obtaining the highest grade in multiple classes.  During law school, I held leadership positions in credit law, sports law, and international law clubs.

As a litigation attorney, I maintain an outstanding record in arbitration hearings, contested motions and trials. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Please feel free to contact me directly at
