do not hire this attorney
Do yourself a favor and do not hire this attorney! !!! Hello, our office did prepare everything correctly and provide your husband with all necessary documents nessary to his visa interview. I'm sorry if the consular officer requested additional documents outside the scope of the interview. Ultimately, any delays may have been inconvenient and unrelated to anything my office did, but I'm happy we were able to get the hardship waiver approved and that your husband is now a lawful permanent resident on account of all of the applications my office filed and had successfully approved by USCIS. There are sometimes some hiccups or delays at embassy interviews that are beyond anyone's control and I'm sorry you were delayed a week in your husband's, native country before you all returned back to the United States. We spoke with your husband after he returned to the U.S. as a lawful resident and he was very happy with our services and happy to be a legal permanent resident.
